Returns and Exchanges

You have the option of returning the item within 7 days of parcel arrive. Please note that I DO NOT cover postage costs for returning your items to us, and any shipping costs paid are NON-refundable.

Should you wish to exchange, you need to notice me and send the item within 7 days of having received it. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.  You'll be cover all postage cost. 

I check products carefully make sure it's in perfect condition before they are shipped. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, please advise me within 2 days. Please send photos of the damage items and shipping label. I will arrange replacement as soon as possible.
